hershey's peanut butter chocolate chip brownies

This is for the peanut butter lover in your life. These are what I like to call a "reverse" brownie. It's all peanut butter with chocolate chips. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1-10oz package reese's peanut butter chips
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1-12 oz package hershey's milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

How To Make hershey's peanut butter chocolate chip brownies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" X 13" baking pan; set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl melt peanut butter chips in the microwave for 1 minute; stir until smooth. If necessary microwave additional 30 seconds or until smooth. Cool slightly.
  • Step 3
    Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat in melted peanut butter chips, flour and salt. Fold in chocolate chips and peanuts if desired.
  • Step 4
    Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.
  • Step 5
    Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting into squares.
