These soft chocolate on chocolate cookies I came up with this morning sure got my Granddaughters stamp of approval. 8)

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 c
    (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1
    egg
  • 3/4 c
    firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 small
    box instant hershey dark chocolate pudding
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 12oz. pkg
    hersheys milk chocolate chips

How to Make Hershey Chips Soft Chocolate Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Mix the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and set aside. In a large mixing bowl add the butter, egg, brown sugar, pudding mix and vanilla.
  2. Add your dry mixture into your butter mixture and blend well. Fold in your milk chocolate chips. I use a small ice cream scoop to put dough on the sheet. Bake 5 minutes or until cookie is set. Watch carefully not to let these burn.
