These soft chocolate on chocolate cookies I came up with this morning sure got my Granddaughters stamp of approval. 8)

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 - egg
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 small box instant hershey dark chocolate pudding
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12oz. packages hersheys milk chocolate chips

How To Make hershey chips soft chocolate cookies

Step 1

Heat oven to 350F. Mix the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and set aside. In a large mixing bowl add the butter, egg, brown sugar, pudding mix and vanilla.

Step 2

Add your dry mixture into your butter mixture and blend well. Fold in your milk chocolate chips. I use a small ice cream scoop to put dough on the sheet. Bake 5 minutes or until cookie is set. Watch carefully not to let these burn.
