I am going to a Holiday X-mas party for underprivileged children. I decided to make these delicious cookies.

  • 2 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 2
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 1/2 c
    heath bar pieces
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, chopped

How to Make Heath Bar Cookies


  1. Sift together flour, salt & baking soda. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bnowl, combine Heath Bar pices & chopped walnuts. Set aside.
  3. Beat together butter & sugar. Beat in eggs, one a time & vanilla.
  4. Alternately mix in the Heath Bar mixure & the flour mixture, a third at a time, until well blended.
  5. Chill cookie dough for atleast 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 350. On cookie sheets lines with parchment paper, spoon 1 in balls. Place balls atleast 2 inches apart. Make sure there is room to spread.
  7. Bake 10-12 minutes, until edges are starting to brown. Remove from oven & let cool for a few minutes. Let cookies cool completely.
