DELICIOUSLY FILTHY. For any of that leftover pumpkin pie we have created this kid- friendly dessert that sounds just weird enough to be really good.

Ingredients For hearty pumpkin pie dirt cups

    mrs. smith's hearty pumpkin pie baked
  • 25
    chocolate cookies wafers ground into crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter divided
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp
    orange food coloring
  • 1
    tub cool whip frozen

How To Make hearty pumpkin pie dirt cups

    Bake pie according to package directions. Cool to room temperature. Cut the pie in half and break one half apart into a bowl and set aside

    Mix together cookie crumbs with 2 tablespoons melted butter and brown sugar until mixture clumps together. Set aside

    Melt white chocolate, heavy cream and remaining butter in a double boiler until smooth. Add orange food coloring.

    Layer 8 clear plastic juice cups with cookie crumb mixture, orange tinted white chocolate, frozen cool whip and pie.

    Repeat layers and top with a thin layer of chocolate. Serve immediately or chill.
