Ingredients
- 1 - mrs. smith's hearty pumpkin pie baked
- 25 - chocolate cookies wafers ground into crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter divided
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon orange food coloring
- 1 - tub cool whip frozen
How To Make hearty pumpkin pie dirt cups

Step 1Bake pie according to package directions. Cool to room temperature. Cut the pie in half and break one half apart into a bowl and set aside

Step 2Mix together cookie crumbs with 2 tablespoons melted butter and brown sugar until mixture clumps together. Set aside

Step 3Melt white chocolate, heavy cream and remaining butter in a double boiler until smooth. Add orange food coloring.

Step 4Layer 8 clear plastic juice cups with cookie crumb mixture, orange tinted white chocolate, frozen cool whip and pie.

Step 5Repeat layers and top with a thin layer of chocolate. Serve immediately or chill.
