Ingredients
- 1 package betty crocker sugar cookie mix
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 - egg
- 1 jar betty crocker whipped fluffy white frosting
- - food coloring
- - jelly beans
How To Make happy easter cookies

Step 1Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In a bowl, stir sugar cookie mix, flour, butter, and egg until dough forms

Step 2Shape dough into 18-24 1-inch balls. Place an inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

Step 3Bake 8 minutes. Edges will be a light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.

Step 4Frost cookies. Add coconut to sandwich bag and put 2 drops of food coloring, squeezing and shaking the bag until the color blends all over the coconut.

Step 5Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of coconut onto each cookie. Place 3 jelly beans on top to look like eggs.
