"Happy Accident" Cookies

I wanted to make some cookies for my husband. I started out making peanut butter cookies using the recipe from the Reese's peanut butter chips package. But as I gathered all my ingredients, I found I was short a few things... not enough butter, no cocoa powder, and I grabbed maple extract instead of the vanilla. So I threw what I had together... and after tasting them figured I should come up with a name. "Happy Accident!" Enjoy!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

I think Bobbie needs to have more baking accidents because these cookies are delicious. They're soft and chewy with a hint of peanut butter. They have that yummy sweet and salty flavor combination that I adore. So good! The Test Kitchen
