- 1 box vanilla wafers cookies
- - green food coloring
- - sesame seeds
- - coconut
- - water
How To Make hamburger cookies
-
Step 1per heat oven to 250
-
Step 2place vanilla wafers upside down (flat side up) on a flat cookie sheet, place york peppermint pattie on the flat side of the vanilla wafer.
-
Step 3put a about 1/2 cup of coconut into a plastic baggie, add a few drops of green food coloring to the coconut and shake bag to distribute the color evenly.
-
Step 4place vanilla wafers and peppermint patties into the oven for about 30 seconds, you only want to melt some of the chocolate to the wafer, remove from oven and immediately place a pinch of coconut to the peppermint pattie. Place vanilla wafer on top of the coconut (flat side down) and with your finger or small paint brush, dip into the water and spread on the top of the wafer (small amount only) instantly sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
