Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, unsalted room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, light packed
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate candy corn m&m's
How To Make halloween pudding cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Prepare baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper or silpat.

Step 3In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and two sugars until well combined.

Step 4Beat in vanilla pudding mix. Add the eggs, one at a time, until well incorporated. mix in vanilla extract.

Step 5In another small bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt.

Step 6Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just incorporated. Fold in m&m's and white chocolate chips.

Step 7Drop tablespoon size cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheet.

Step 8Bake for 10 minutes, or until just turning golden brown (be careful not to over bake).

Step 9Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
