Makes about 7 dozen

Bake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1/3 c
    molasses
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 medium
    eggs
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp
    nonfat dry milk
  • 2 c
    granola
  • 1 c
    raisins
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts

How to Make Granola Cookies, Mom's

Step-by-Step

  1. Oven to 375 degrees. Mix oil, molasses, water, eggs and sugar thoroughly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoon 2" apart onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 min or until almost no imprint remains when touched with finger. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
