I made this recipe up last week while staying with my grandkids. It was fun as we went shopping for the ingredients. You can add whatever you want to be creative and if you don't mind taking the time to chop up all the candy! My grandkids really liked to help unwrap and taste as they went along!! lol:) And they enjoyed the finished product of course!!

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3-4 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    soda
  • ·
    1 large pack of m&m's
  • ·
    chopped up milky way min. bars (as many as you want)
  • ·
    cut up carmels (as many as you want)
  • ·
    cut up andy thin mints (as many as you want)
  • ·
    1 small pkg. of chopped pecans
  • ·
    1 small pkg. of slivered almonds
  • ·
    1 pkg. of white choc.chips
  • ·
    1 pkg. of butterscotch chips
  • ·
    throw in some coconut also if you like
  • THESE ARE GREAT!! :)

How to Make GRANDMAS FANTASTIC BLIZZARD COOKIES

Step-by-Step

  1. cream together sugar and butter, add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
    pour in mixed dry ingredients and mix well.
    add all your chopped ingredients and mix altogether. scoop onto cookie sheet and bake @ 350 for about 11 min. (these would do well in a bar pan also.) makes a large batch! ENJOY!!
