grandma w's almond rolls, iii
Grandma W tended to change up her recipes so often the cards looked like scribbles! This was her recipe noted as of December of 97 (she passed away at 91 in Nov 00, so was still baking while aging!). You know if I said when old, I would have probably gotten a rolling pin tossed in my direction!

Step 2Grandma made these rolled up like biscotti. Then when cooled, glazed them with a little glaze with almond extract inside, and sliced them so you could see the almond nicely rolled inside.
