- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons cream or canned milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup maragarine
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 2 - eggs
How To Make grandma jennie's sugar cookies

Step 1Cream margarine and sugar, add eggs and cream, add flavors.

Step 2Mix in flour, salt and soda. Stir.

Step 3Chill and roll. Cut in the shapes you like.

Step 4Place on ungreased cookie sheet, sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 6-9 minutes. They burn real easy, so watch carefully.
