Tina Nieland - this recipe was sent to me personally by Grandma Jennie Rowell in 1980. She wrote on her recipe card that she got this recipe from her cousin (Ann Werner) and she is a good cook. Ilo Rhines - another one of my mom's great recipes

How To Make grandma jennie's brownies

Mix all together and spread thin on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees.

For frosting: Stir together ingredients and let come to boil for 30 seconds then add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Beat until cool and spread.
