My Grandma always had these in with all of her other Christmas cookies. Her Chocolate chip meringues and these were my favorites. Though these are the easier of the two.

Ingredients For grandma geraldine's graham cracker bars

  • 2 can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 13 1/2 oz
    graham cracker crumbs (1 box)
  • 12 oz
    semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    walnut pieces or pecan pieces (optional)

How To Make grandma geraldine's graham cracker bars

    1- 9 x 13 rectangular pan

    1- mixing bowl

    Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

    Mix all of the ingredients together.

    Immediately spread mixture evenly into a 9" X 13" pan.

    Bake for about 20-25 mins.

    Remove from oven. Cool for 5-10 mins. Cut into squares. (I’ve found a pizza cutter works really well for this step.)

    Cool some more, or serve immediately. (Goes well with a glass of cold milk, or straight up)
