I used to make these for my son when we didn't have the other ingredients for my favorites. turned out he liked these better.

  • 2 pkg
    graham crackers
  • 1-2 c
    butter cream frosting
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla or maple flavoring
  • 1 c
    crumbled or crushed graham crackers

How to Make Graham Cracker Cookies


  1. Crumble the cup of graham crackers and set aside. Make butter cream icing with preferred flavor added. Add slowly up to a cup of crumbles to icing but never too many to make it unspreadable. Mix well. If you want, you can warm icing slightly in microwave if you make your own icing to take away powdery taste. Open packages of graham crackers and break in half. Icind must be spreadable. Spread icing liberally on half a cracker and top with another half and place on platter. Repeat until you are out of icing and place in a ziplock bag or cover well on platter. You can also use peanut butter in your icing. Cookies will soften as they absorb moisture and be delicious. My family and friends loved them, None ever lasted to get tossed.
