Step 1

PRE-HEAT OVEN 350. SPRAY COOKIE SHEET WITH PAM. SIFT 2GETHER FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, GINGER,AND CINNAMON. IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL MIX 2GETHER SHORTNING, MOLLASSES,BROWN SUGAR,WATER AND EGG.

Step 2

STIR IN DRY INGREDIENTS GRADUALLY. THEN ROLL OUT DOUGH ON WAX PAPER.
Step 3

CUT INTO GINGERBREAD MEN AND GIRLS, OR ANY OTHER SHAPES U LIKE. WHEN COOL THE COOKIES CAN BE DECORATED. U CAN USE THE ROYAL ICING TO DECORATE THESE.
