Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter or margarine softened
  • 1/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 pkg
    peanut butter chips
  • 1 c
    creamy or crunchy peanut butter

How to Make Gooey Peanut Butter Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 340 degrees.

    Mix wet ingrediants together first. Add in peanut butter along with peanut butter chips.
    Mix dry ingrediants in seppartate bowl and slowly mix into wet ingrediants.
    Drop cookies in desired size at least 2 inches apart.
    Bake 8-10 minutes.
  2. Cookies should be soft and gooey in middle when removed from oven. If you like crunchy cookies bake 3-5 minutes longer.
