2 1/2 c
gluten free all purpose flour - i use jules
1/2 tsp
xanthan gum
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
baking soda
1 pkg
white chocolate instant pudding. i used sugar free
1/2 c
butter - room temp
1/2 c
shortening
1 1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tsp
gluten free vanilla
2
large eggs
12 oz
chocolate chips
1 c
chopped nuts (optional)

How to Make Gluten Free Thick soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
  • 2Mix all dry ingredients and set aside. Beat butter and shortening till creamy. Add Brown Sugar and Vanilla until well blended. Beat in Eggs one at a time. Slowly add flour mixture. With Spoon Stir in Chocolate Chips and Nuts.. Drop Batter in 2 TBSP portions 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until edges are browned and about 1” area in center of cookie is still pale. Approx. 10 Minutes.
