Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oleo
- 1 - egg, well beaten
- 4 tablespoons molasses
- 2 & 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 & 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make gingersnaps

Step 1Cream together first four ingrediants.

Step 2Sift dry ingrediants together, and add to creamed mixture.

Step 3Chill dough for 2 hours.

Step 4Form into balls, and roll in sugar (DO NOT press down).

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. They will crack on top.
