How to Make Gingersnap Cookies
- Prehat oven to 350. In mixing bowl mix sugar and butter, add egg. Mix well. Add molasses, flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.
