How To Make gingersnap cookies

Step 1Prehat oven to 350. In mixing bowl mix sugar and butter, add egg. Mix well. Add molasses, flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.
