How to Make Ginger Drops
- 1Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- 2Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and ginger together.
- 3In a separate bowl, cream the butter or margarine, shortening and sugar together until fluffy.
- 4Now add the eggs, one at a time and stir hard after each addition.
- 5Mix in the molasses and flour mixture thoroughly.
- 6Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Be sure to allow for spreading. Bake 12-15 minutes. Cool before removing from cooking sheet.
