How to Make Ginger Cookies--Thin and delicate!
- 1Mix the first 4 ingredients well; add dry ingredients and mix well.
- 2Roll teaspoonfuls of dough into a ball and flatten on a well-greased cookie sheet with the bottom of a tumbler dipped in sugar. Cookies are VERY thin.
- 3Bake at 325° F. about 12 minutes. These may be decorated as desired for Christmas cookies. Yields about 5 dozen cookies.
