1 tspbaking soda

3/4 tspground cinnamon

1/4 tspsalt

3/4 csoftened butter - no substitute

1 csugar

1 lgegg
-
1/4 cmolasses

2 Tbspsugar
How To Make ginger cookies

1Preheat oven to 350

2Combine dry ingredients

3In large mixing bowl beat butter for 30 sec

4Add 1 cup sugar

5Beat until fluffy
-
6Add egg and molasses
-
7Beat well
-
8Add 1/2 flour mixture
-
9Beat until combined
-
10Stir in remaining flour with wooden spoon

11Shape into 1 inch balls
-
12Roll in sugar
-
13Put on cookie sheet
-
14Bake 10 minutes
-
15Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes before moving to wire rack
