2 stickbutter, room temperature

3/4 csugar

3/4 clight brown sugar, firmly packed

2 lgeggs
-
1 Tbsppure vanilla extract

3 call purpose flour
-
1 tspkosher salt
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
2 1/2 cchocolate chips, mini

121.45 oz. hershey kisses (about 2 1/2" tall)
How To Make giant hershey kiss stuffed chocolate chip cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. & line a large baking sheet with parchment or silpat liner.

2Place butter & sugars in stand or electric mixer beating until light & fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add eggs & vanilla, beating until well combined.

3Place flour, salt & soda into a large bowl, mixing to combine. Slowly add to wet ingredients along with chocolate chips. Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.

4Wrap dough around giant Hershey Kisses leaving tall, do not press dough down. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes until baked through. Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting open.

5NOTE: You can also use regular size Kisses, adjust bake time for 10 - 12 minutes.
