giant double chocolate, peanut butter chip cookies

Ingredients
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, cold
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
- 21/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon rum extract or mocho kahlua
- 21/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate.peanut butter chips
How To Make giant double chocolate, peanut butter chip cookies

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350degree. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the butter and sugar.

Step 2beat together on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, 2-3 minutes. Blend in the eggs one at a time, sraping down the bowl as needed. Mix in the cocoa powder until well blended.

Step 3Add the flour, salt and baking powder to the bowl and mix on low speed just until incorported. Fold in the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips with spatula. Transfer the dough to owrkk surface and knead briefly by hand to be sure ithe ingredients are well combined

Step 4use a 4 ounce ice cream scoop an scoop on cookie sheet. bake for 12 to 13 minutes. let cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes , then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
