I found this recipe on line awhile ago. I think it's a Pillsbury recipe. These are light, fluffy and chewy. My neighbor says they are like a souffle.

cake mix, german chocolate (with or without pudding)
1 c
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c
shredded sweetened coconut
1 c
pecans (chopped)
1/2 c
vegetable oil
2 large
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make German Chocolate Cake Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • 2Pour cake mix into a mixing bowl and mix in eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
  • 3Gently fold in chocolate chips, coconut and pecans and mix until just incorporated.
  • 4Drop heaping tablespoons of batter onto baking sheets, leaving 1 to 1-1/2 inches between each one.
  • 5Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until centers are just set. Allow to cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
