german chocolate cake cookies
I found this recipe on line awhile ago. I think it's a Pillsbury recipe. These are light, fluffy and chewy. My neighbor says they are like a souffle.

Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix, german chocolate (with or without pudding)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup pecans (chopped)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2Pour cake mix into a mixing bowl and mix in eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.

Step 3Gently fold in chocolate chips, coconut and pecans and mix until just incorporated.

Step 4Drop heaping tablespoons of batter onto baking sheets, leaving 1 to 1-1/2 inches between each one.

Step 5Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until centers are just set. Allow to cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
