  applesauce (2 cups)
• MIX IN
• 1 tsp

  salt
• 1 tsp

  baking powder
• 2 tsp

  baking soda
• 4 tsp

  cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp

  allspice
• 1/2 tsp

  ginger
• 2 tsp

  nutmeg
• 4 1/4 c

  flour
• 2 c

  oatmeal, uncooked
• STIR IN THE FOLLOWING
• 2 c

  raisins or chocolate chips or both
• 1/2 c

  pecans or walnuts
