Ingredients
- baking spray
- 1 package 18 3/4 oz. pkg. browning mix (ghirardelli, etc)
- 1 package 10 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips (1 3/4 cups)
- 1 can 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts, chopped
How To Make fudgey peanut butter bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray and dust with flour.

Step 2Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions in prepared pan and bake approximately 35 minutes or until a toothpick, inserted in the middle, comes out clean. Cool approx. 1 hour.

Step 3Place peanut butter chips, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt in a medium microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute. Stir well until smooth. Spoon this mixture over cooled brownies and spread out in an even layer.

Step 4Place chocolate chips and cream in a small microwavable bowl and heat on high until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth - 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Pour mixture over peanut butter layer spreading in an even layer. Refrigerate brownies until top chocolate layer is firm - 1 hour. Sprinkle with peanuts and slice into 32 bars.
