I learned this recipe in my 7th grade Home Economics class (I won't tell you how long ago that was! LOL). It's been a favorite with the whole family ever since.

  • 2 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/4 c
    cocoa, unsweetened
  • 3 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 3/4 c
    ground walnuts
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Fudge Rounds


  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in oatmeal. Stir until oats are softened.
  3. Add nuts and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Drop by tablespoons on cookie sheet and let set. Store in airtight container.
