Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 - envelopes of no-melt unsweetened chocolate
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
- 3 cups powdered sugar,sifted
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - envelope no melt unsweetened chocolate
How To Make fudge drop cookies with frosting

Step 1Sift dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder)together in medium bowl.

Step 2Cream together in mixing bowl butter and brown sugar. Add in chocolate, egg, vanilla.

Step 3Alternate adding dry ingredients with the milk. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 7-10 minutes (should be a soft cake like cookie). Cool.

Step 4Frosting: Mix together the powdered sugar, light cream, vanilla and chocolate. Frost cooled cookies.
