With all the Heat Everywhere, This year, I dug deep into My recipe Books and found this NO BAKE, SIMPLE recipe you may enjoy making.
No Microwave and No Oven needed.
Stay Cool and enjoy.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

COMBINE FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS IN SAUCE PAN, BOIL 5 MIN. KEEP STIRRING

2 C
sugar
1 C
evaporated carnation milk
1/2 C
butter (1 cube)

REMOVE FROM HEAT; ADD CHIPS, STIR TILL MELTED

1 (6oz)
pkg semi sweet or milk choc, choc chips

ADD; THE FOLLOWING AND STIR WELL

3/4 C
flour
1 C
graham cracker crumbs
1 C
chopped nuts, (i used walnuts)
1 tsp
good vanilla

How to Make Fudge Cookies NO BAKE By freda

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine 1st 3 ingredients, Bring to Boil in saucepan, Stir Constantly.
    REMOVE FROM HEAT.
  • 2ADD: Chips, stir till melted.
    ADD: Flour, Graham Crackers, nuts and Vanilla. Mix well.
  • 3Spread into Well greased/Buttered 11 X 7 Pan.
    cool and cut into squares.

    SO SIMPLE.
    makes 12-15 bars depends on how big you cut your bars.
