Ingredients

3/4 csugar

1/2 c( 1 stick ) butter softened

1/2 cmilk

1egg

2 Tbsporange juice

1 Tbspcider vingar

2 call-purpose flour

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 cchopped walnuts

1/2 ceach raisins, and chopped mixed fruit

1/4 cchopped dried pineapple

How to Make Fruitcake Cookie
- Preheat oven to 350. grease cookie sheets, Beat sugar and butter in large bowl until creamy. Beat in milk, egg, orange juice, and vinegar until blended. Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in walnuts, raisins, mixed fruit and pineaple.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonful of dough 2" apart onto cookie sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Cook 2 minutes on cookie sheet, remove to wire rack, cook completely. Dust with powdered sugar. Store in airtight container.
