Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups walnuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups fruitcake mix
- 1 - egg, lighlty beaten
How To Make fruitcake bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line bottom and side of 8" square pan with parchment paper; lightly cover with cooking spray.

Step 2Stir together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add sugar nuts and fruit. Add egg, mixing until blended. Press batter into prepared pan.

Step 3Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set.

Step 4Cool in pan 20 minutes. Lift from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Cut into squares.
