How to Make Fruitcake Bars
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line bottom and side of 8" square pan with parchment paper; lightly cover with cooking spray.
- Stir together flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add sugar nuts and fruit. Add egg, mixing until blended. Press batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set.
- Cool in pan 20 minutes. Lift from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Cut into squares.
