These are the best cookies. My husband or myself do not like fruit cake but these could be my favorite cookies. They are so easy to make. I leave out the coconut and add another 1/2 cup of fruit. Yummy!!!!!

Ingredients

1 pound candied fruit
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup self rising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch salt
2 1/2 cups coconut

How To Make fruit cake cookies

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together with a spoon. Place spoonful of dough on greased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes.
