How to Make Fruit and Cream Cookie Tart
- Preheat oven to 350. For crust,lightly spray a large cookie sheet, and roll out cookie dough. Bake for 14-16 minutes. COOL COMPLETELY
- For filling, combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat at low speed with mixer until smooth. Spread on cooled crust. Place fruit toppings on top of cream cream mixture and refridgerate until chilled.
For topping: slice fruits and throughly dry. Refrigerate until ready to serve. ENJOY!
