How to Make Frozen Rocky-Road Bars
- Prepare pudding according to package directions. Let cool 10 minutes.
- Stir in graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- Line an 8" square baking pan with waxed paper. Pour in pudding mixture and smooth top. Cover with foil. Freeze at least 6 hours or overnight, until firm.
- Remove from the freezer and let stand 5 minutes. Cut into squares.
