Ingredients

  • 12 nilla wafer cookies
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
  • 2 teaspoons water, warm
  • 1 - 6 oz packages liberté méditerranée french vanilla yogurt
  • 1 - 8 oz packages cool whip free
  • GARNISH:
  • cool whip free
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

How To Make frozen coffee mousse

  • Step 1
    Line 12 muffin cups with cupcake liners. Place 1 nilla wafer in each bottom.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, combine coffee & water until dissolved.
  • Step 3
    In a standing mixer with whisk, combine yogurt & cool whip free (whole container) until thickened & fluffy.
  • Step 4
    Divide mixture evenly into muffin cups. Freeze until firm, 5 hours.
  • Step 5
    When ready to serve, garnish with a dollop of cool whip free & a sprinkling of cocoa powder.
