How to Make Frosted Oatmeal Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Cookie Dough:
    - Blend the butter and sugars. Add the eggs and vanilla.
    - Add the rest of the dry ingredients.
    - Drop by spoonful onto a cookie sheet.
I have always found it best if I lined the cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes @ 350 degrees
  3. Frosting:
    - Blend all ingredients.
    - Frost cookies after they are cool.
