- 2 - egg whites
- 1 pinch salt
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet or dark
- 1 cup salted peanuts
How To Make forgotten cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2In a large glass or metal bowl, beat egg whites and salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until the whites form stiff peaks. Fold in the vanilla and the chocolate chips. Add the peanuts. Spoon onto prepared cookie sheets.

Step 3Place the cookies into the preheated oven, shut the door and IMMEDIATELY turn off the oven. Let the cookies sit in the turned off oven for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
