How to Make Filled Sugar Cookies
1Cill cookie dough for 1 hour. Roll to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut 2 for each cookie; fill centers only. Cover with 2nd cut-out, seal with fork around the edges
2Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes. Can also be filled with jelly or mincemeat.
