- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch fine table salt
How To Make fast and easy peanut butter cookies

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350 Stir all ingredients until well combined.

Step 2drop by tablespoons onto parchment covered cookie sheet.

Step 3press an X into each cookie with the tines of a fork

Step 4Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. let cool on the cookie sheet. Hot from the oven they will be too soft to eat. They will set up as they cool. Enjoy
