How to Make European Shortbread
- 1Cream sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla. Add flour mix well. Roll out on lightly floured surface and cut into rectangles or use a shortbread mold. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 2I use this the basis for many variations. Sometimes I add nuts. Sometime chopped cranberries or grated orange or lemon peel.
