11/2 call purpose flour

1/2 ccocoa

1 Tbspinstant espresso coffee

1 cbutter, room temp
-
1 tspvanilla

3/4 cconfectioners sugar

2eggs
How to Make Espresso Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350.
Sift flour, cocoa and espress, set aside - In a bowl cream butter, confectioners sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add flour little at a time, scraping down the sides.
- Roll about 2 tablespoons of dough into a ball and place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. After sheet is filled, using a fork press into dough.
Bake about 12-15 minutes, should be firm. Cool on rack
