  • 11/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    instant espresso coffee
  • 1 c
    butter, room temp
  • 1 tsp
  • 3/4 c
    confectioners sugar

How to Make Espresso Cookies


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
    Sift flour, cocoa and espress, set aside
  2. In a bowl cream butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla. Add flour little at a time, scraping down the sides.
  3. Roll about 2 tablespoons of dough into a ball and place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. After sheet is filled, using a fork press into dough.
    Bake about 12-15 minutes, should be firm. Cool on rack
