How to Make Espresso Cookies
- 1Preheat oven to 350.
Sift flour, cocoa and espress, set aside
- 2In a bowl cream butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla. Add flour little at a time, scraping down the sides.
- 3Roll about 2 tablespoons of dough into a ball and place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. After sheet is filled, using a fork press into dough.
Bake about 12-15 minutes, should be firm. Cool on rack
