Ingredients
- 1 - egg white, beaten stiff
- 3/4 cup sugar (white or brown)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
How To Make egg white cookies

Step 1Beat egg white until stiff.

Step 2Beat sugar int white. Add extracts and salt.

Step 3Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 250 degree oven for 30 minutes.
