Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter - do not substitute
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 c
    egg nog

How to Make Eggnog Sugar Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, alternating with egg nog. Roll into balls the size of walnuts and place on ungreased baking sheet. Can also drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 10 - 12 minutes (yields approximately 3 dozen)
