I have been making these since I was 12 years old, I had 3 brothers and 1 little sister...so this was a easy treat to make in a hurry for them to gobble up.

Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 large egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

How To Make easy p'neezy cookies

Step 1

Mix egg, vanilla, sugar in large bowl.

Step 2

Stir in peanut butter, add flour a little at a time.
Step 3

Make 20 small balls, place on cookie sheet or any flat pan. Flattened cookie ball down with a fork crossways snd sideways. Sprinkle a pinch of sugar over top of each cookie, bake for 15 mins or when edges are dark brown, in a 350 oven.
