The quickest, easiest peanut butter cookie recipe. I make these all the time. Prep time and bake time are a sinch! Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 - egg

How To Make easy peasy peanut butter cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Mix all four ingredients. Save some sugar for topping.
Step 3

Make walnut size balls and dip top into sugar. Place on greased or non stick baking sheet.
Step 4

Use a fork and dip it in the sugar(to keep it from sticking) and make criss cross marks to semi flatten the cookie.
Step 5

Bake for 12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Serve. Enjoy!
