These are the easiest and tastiest peanut butter kiss cookies I've ever had or made. They are one or two bite size too. My family gobbles them up. They have the best consistency too because of the Bisquick. The cookie themselves don't come out much bigger than the Hershey Kiss you press inside them once you pull them out of the oven. They also stay moist for days unlike other cookies that tend to harden after awhile. Recipe is from Bisquick.

1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 cups bisquick
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package hershey kisses
- sugar to roll cookie dough in

How To Make easy peanut butter kiss cookies-annette's

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Beat until smooth the milk and peanut butter. Add Bisquick and vanilla.

Step 2

Form into 1" balls and roll in sugar. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
Step 3

Immediately after removing from oven, push a chocolate kiss into the center of cookie. Enjoy!
