Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 - egg
- bowl with a little sugar for coating

How To Make easy peanut butter cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 Mix 1C. peanut butter, 1C. sugar and 1 egg in a bowl till well blended

Step 2

Measure out cookies by the tablespoon full and coat in sugar
Step 3

use a fork to mash cookie dough ball and place on cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until they are no longer glossy on top. (If edges are brown then they are overbaked and will be crunchier)
