How To Make easy peanut butter cookies

• Step 1
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Step 2
  Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
• Step 3
  Roll into small balls and put on ungreased cookie sheet. Using fork, press down on balls to flatten out going in 2 different directions.
• Step 4
  Bake for about 11 minutes or until bottoms of cookies look just slightly brown. They will look like they aren't done, but they are. If you want crispy cookies, let bottoms brown slightly more. Take out and cool on racks. Makes about 12 small cookies, 6 medium, or as my sister puts it 1 really huge and epic cookie. :)
